Nominating Dan Winship for Lead

Hello SIG Network,

Today we're happy to nominate Dan Winship as a technical lead within SIG Network. Dan has been a tremendous contributor, and already filled this role for a very long time, his expertise in networking and kube-proxy are a great boon to everyone who develops and uses Kubernetes.

As per the norm this email will start the beginning of a ~1week lazy consensus period. If you have any concerns about this nomination, please message me privately at this email, or reach out to my fellow chairs Tim Hockin and/or Mike Zappa.

Dan has been a pivotal sig-network member for as long as I've been a part of the sig. He's helped in everything from api design (most recently as a network-policy-api subgroup approver) to extended maintenance of the in-tree proxies. Excited to see him be recognized :-)
