Cluster ID CRD naming survey winner = ClusterProperty!

Hi all,

Just wanted to tie up the survey on the Cluster ID CRD via email. I've mentioned it in passing in SIG-MC but the winner was ClusterProperty! It got the most votes for top choice (besides "Other" which had very disparate write ins that we decided in SIG-MC not to reopen the survey for) and was also the "most generally liked" in terms of the distribution of Like it / Love it / Hate it / Undecided opinions. Data enclosed below the signature. Thank you for submitting your thoughts!!

I've held off changing it officially in the current PR because it makes the diff impossible to read, but will do so before we merge.
