Please read thoroughly as the allotted number of sessions has changed due to available space.

SIG Leads, please make sure you forward this to the Working Group and User Group chairs.

Leaders of CNCF Graduated and Incubating Projects can host up to two sessions, an Intro and/or Deep Dive session, and Leaders of CNCF Sandbox projects and Activities (Working Groups, SIGs, Subprojects, User Groups) can host one session, during KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, March 31–April 2, within the “Maintainer Track.” This is one of the best opportunities of the year to add new users and contributors. We’ve also heard consistent feedback that these sessions are some of the best parts of the events.

Requirement: In order to participate in the Maintainer Track, you must lead a CNCF Graduated/Incubating or Sandbox Project, a CNCF SIG or Working Group, or a Kubernetes SIG, Working Group, User Group, or Cloud Provider Subproject.

Maintainer Track sessions will be available as 35-minute sessions and held on March 31, April 1, and April 2. Sessions will be assigned based on schedule availability.

For each Maintainer Track session, we provide the following audiovisual support: projector and screen, remote mouse, sound system, and video recording and inclusion in the KubeCon + CloudNativeCon YouTube playlist. These sessions are included on the main schedule.

Maintainer Track sessions will be available to all conference attendees and we will allocate room sizes based on predicted demand (which is based on how many people pre-select a session with the online tool). You may have a maximum of two speakers for your session. Each speaker will be provided free registration to the conference.
