New Monthly Meeting For New Contributors

Hey folks! 

SIG Docs is planning to start monthly meetings to help and mentor new contributors. These meetings would involve solving any roadblocks new contributors might be facing. They would also serve as a way for new contributors to chat with existing approvers and learn from their experiences.

We're planning to host our first meeting in the first week of May. It would be great if you all could fill in your availability in the doodle: https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/mepOX9rd.
