Removing third-party content

Hi, folks!

Now that we've merged a KEP for removing third party and dual sourced content, it's time to start actually removing content.

I've opened an umbrella issue to track third party content for removal: https://github.com/kubernetes/website/issues/20232.

The issue contains information about how and when to remove third party content. We're targeting the whole of the 1.19 release cycle for content removal because we want to give stakeholders time to refactor or re-home affected content.
