Let's make the marketing team a subproject

Hey everyone,

The marketing team has already been doing great work so they might as well get recognition and status, having more people as subproject owners is good for the SIG and the team's been doing a great job so I'd like a call to lazy concensus to make the marketing team a subproject of the SIG.

Yep, 72 hours from post date is our charter guideline, so let's leave this open until end of day Friday and then I'll reach out to them on Monday to start a PR.
