[ACTION REQUIRED] Sunsetting the GitHub service accounts

Greetings everyone,

As a part of the long-standing effort [1] of sunsetting the GitHub service accounts (previously widely used during the new SIG creation process [2]), I'm going to delete the existing Google Groups (eg. kubernetes-sig-foo-misc) and GitHub service accounts (eg. k8s-sig-foo-misc).

As a reminder, the GitHub service accounts and Google Groups were created by Kubernetes SIGs to lower and differentiate the notification noise from GitHub. While the community decided not to use them anymore, we would like to clean up GitHub and Google Groups from these leftovers.

Please, raise your questions and concerns on removing the non-used GitHub service accounts and Google Groups by next week's Friday, February 1st; if there won't be any objections (lazy consensus), I'll remove all the accessible Google Groups and GitHub accounts after that date.
