migrating the SIG CL mailing list to kubernetes.io

hello,

as part of the efforts by SIGs K8s-Infra and Contributor Experience to
migrate k8s Google owned infrastructure to community owned
infrastructure, we have started the process to migrate the SIG Cluster
Lifecyle's mailing list to kubernetes.io.

OLD ML:
kubernetes-sig-c...@googlegroups.com

NEW ML:
sig-cluste...@kubernetes.io

plan for the next few days:
- you will see all our subproject calendar invites migrated to the new
ML. that may be quite SPAMMY. mare sure that the new ML address
doesn't get blocked by your spam filters.
- the new ML list will be updated in all references in our SIG landing page:
https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/sig-cluster-lifecycle/README.md

- update your meeting agenda documents to point to

Q: was my membership migrated?
A: yes.

Q: what happens to the old mailing list for SIG CL?
A: it will continue to work for one more week or more if we get
issues. after that it will be locked and posting on it will not be
allowed.

Q: where to report problems?
A: reply to this email thread or message in #sig-cluster-lifecycle on k8s slack.

Q: should i start using the new ML right away?
A: yes.

Q: are there other benefits?
A: after migrating we were promised that our calendar invites will be
synced properly to the k8s community calendar. this did not work so
well on the old ML, due to our many subprojects. we also trimmed a lot
of bouncing membership emails in the process.

Q: who maintains these k8s MLs?
A: SIG Cluster Lifecycle leads with help from SIGs K8s-Infra and
Contributor Experience.

today we are locking the old ML.
please start using the new ML sig-cluste...@kubernetes.io.

you might have also noticed a lot of spam from calendar events. that
is because we are trying to resolve calendar sync issues between the
SIG CL calendar and cale...@kubernetes.io.
