v1.9.0 cycle release team: calling for volunteers

Hey all,

:rotating_light: v1.9.0 cycle release team: calling for volunteers

We are assembling the next CAPI Release Team for the upcoming v1.9.0 release  (~August 19th - December 10th)  and looking for:

• 1 person for each role + a few team members (roles: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api/blob/main/docs/release/release-team.md#team-roles).
• Ideally, be a member of Kubernetes-SIGs, but not a hard requirement
• Ideally already a CAPI contributor
• Ideally some experience with releasing an OSS project
• Ideally different company representation in the team
