CAPI versions v1.5.7, 1.6.3, & v1.7.0-beta.0 released!

Hello everyone,

Cluster API patch versions v1.5.7 & v1.6.3 have been released! 🎉

This release was focused on improving existing features and stability of CAPI.
There were a total of 8 commits and 1 bug fixed for v1.5.7 and 14 commits and 2 bugs fixed for v1.6.3 by our awesome contributors! Kudos!
