KubeCon NA 2023 SIG video

hey all,

we discussed this topic a little at the last sig meeting and i am sharing here to help widen the reach a little bit.

essentially, we have the opportunity to create a 1 minute video for the kubecon na 2023 keynotes. this video will be played with the other sigs who are participating at the beginning of the conference. we had a few good suggestions for content, but we will need to agree on a topic, generate a script of some sort (or video clips), and then create our submission by 10 august.

i'm reaching out to see if anyone is interesting in being involved in this effort, and if folks have ideas for script writing or topics for the video. the suggestions we have so far are:

* promoting the maintainer track session that will happen later at the conference

* reaching out to all cloud providers to join us in building the future for external ccms (eg better testing, migration to external, more participation at the sig level)

an overarching theme that came up in the sig meeting was that this video should contain a "call to action" for the audience. whatever topic(s) we decide to promote should involve action that people can undertake and use as a catalyst to participate with the sig.
