Nominating bridgetkromhout and elmiko as SIG Cloud Provider co-chairs

Hi All,

As already discussed in the past couple SIG meetings, I would like to officially nominate Bridget Kromhout (@bridgetkromhout) and Michael McCune (@elmiko) for the co-chair roles in our SIG.

Nick and myself will be stepping down as co-chairs but will continue our roles as TLs.

Per doc for leadership changes, I will let lazy consensus start now and wait a week.
