Merging the Kubernetes reference into Kubernetes.io website

Hi all,

I'd like to discuss the Kubernetes documentation that currently located in two place:
1. https://kubectl.docs.kubernetes.io/
2. https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubectl/

I wonder if it's possible to somehow merge these two documentation into the kubernetes.io website? Is there any minimum steps required if we'd like to do this?
