Release schedule for aws-iam-authenticator

Hi,

When is the next release planned for https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-iam-authenticator ? v0.4.0 was released in April, I want to consume changes regarding external id support which were introduced later. Also, which version is used by EKS documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/install-aws-iam-authenticator.html#w243aac27c11b5b3 ?
