I apologize if you've seen this already on k-dev, but I'm forwarding this to all 38!! of our SIG, Working Group, and User Group e-mail lists to *really* ensure you've seen it. We could really use your feedback to help us improve the experience of all contributors to our community.. both in how we communicate with you, but also in how you interact with things like GitHub bots or mentoring programs. It doesn't take long, but it makes a BIG impact.

Contributors,We hear feedback from many of you live in our meetings, on Slack, through kubernetes/community issues, PRs, and other avenues during the year. Another important feedback loop is our annual contributor survey and it's that time again. This end of year 2019 survey will take ~10-12 minutes of your time. The survey will close on January 15th at 5pm COB PT.  From the survey in 2018 and the continuous stream of feedback we receive, we've made changes to many of our programs and project operations including:

• prow/automation/your CI experiences
• the Thursday Community Meeting
• Meet Our Contributors/mentoring programs
• how we prioritize and triage community projects and issues

If you're incentivized by swag (hey, we all have our things), we'll treat you to a promo code for a free pair of k8s socks. Send comm...@kubernetes.io (please don't reply all here) proof of completion after you are done or leave your email address in the comment section at the bottom. We will send you a code by February 1st.

Can we get over 200 responses this year?! Please spread the word in your SIG/WG update meeting agendas, mailing lists, and slack channels.
