Request for +1/-1 for pspmigrator repo under k8s-sigs org

Hi sig-auth folks,

Could you please review the request to create the pspmigrator repo under the k8s-sigs GitHub org?

The goal of the pspmigrator tool is to make it easier to migrate from PSP to PSA.
