Kubernetes Maintainer Tools - an experimental repo and soliciting wishlist ideas

Last week we had a great discussion in the sig-arch meeting about creating tools to help Kubernetes Maintainers.  Arnaud and myself want to seed this project, creating the common infrastructure and a first set of tools to help project maintainers with their toil (e.g. KEP review triage).  Likely addressing these problems will involve applying AI, which we think is the "why now", but AI also brings its own toil to set up infrastructure (for example to acquire data).

Our ask is for a repo where we can start these experiments and gather tools.

We've attached a short Google Doc with more details to gather feedback.  dims and thockin suggested we also gather ideas from the community of maintainers here, and that would be wonderful: please do add your "wishlist" items that are disproportionate consumers of your time as a maintainer:
