[REQUEST] Migration of contributor-site repo from kubernetes-sigs to kubernetes org

Hey there all,

ContribEx would like to migrate the contributor-site repo[1] from kubernetes-sigs to kubernetes to better take advantage of members and teams that are largely found within the kubernetes org already.

The purpose of this is largely to:

1) Streamline localization process of documentation by re-using sig-docs teams from the website repo.
2) Support SIGs (e.g. sig release with the RT docs[2]) migrating or creating new documentation on the contributor site directly.

With that, what are your thoughts? would this be a reasonable reason to create a "new" repo under the kubernetes org?
