Goals for this SIG:

Own issues related to Kubernetes API machinery (see below doc for details).
Establish an API-level plugin model for Kubernetes.
Debate meta-principles of the API (since this may affect the shape of the machinery and vice versa).

Explicit non-goals:

Particular APIs or API objects will not be discussed here, unless as a concrete example of something that is in-scope.
Other forms of extensibility are worthy goals but not within the scope of this SIG.
