[ANNOUNCE] kubernetes.dev - Kubernetes Contributor Website

Hey there all,

Today ContribEx launched https://kubernetes.dev (htps://k8s.dev for short) - a Kubernetes contributor focused website. It aims to bring our scattered documentation and resources into one central location for easy discovery. To start it has our:

 - contributor guide (https://k8s.dev/guide)

 - contributor cheat sheet (https://k8s.dev/cheatsheet)

 - current release information (https://k8s.dev/release)

 -  community calendar (https://k8s.dev/calendar)

 - and more \o/

We'll be adding other resources in the coming months :)
