Steering Committee Nomination: Nikhita Raghunath

I would like the honor of nominating Nikhita Raghunath to the Steering Committee. For those who haven't met or worked with her yet, she is a shining example of  Kubernetes leadership both personally and technically. As a strong code contributor and active SIG/community participant, she has made many invaluable contributions to the project. Not only that, but her perspectives are always well-considered and grounded. I believe she would be an outstanding addition to the committee in every possible respect.
