[NOTICE] Kubernetes patch releases delayed until tomorrow (v1.18.7, v1.19.9 and v1.20.5)

Dear Kubernetes Community,

Due to an unexpected delay updating the build environment used to
compile the Release Engineering tools, the Kubernetes patch releases
v1.18.7, v1.19.9 and v1.20.5 will be delayed until tomorrow morning
(American time).

By the time you read this, the patch releases should already be built
and staged. The last step of the patch releases will take place tomorrow
morning when the Release Managers start their day in coordination with
the Google Build Admins.

Thanks for your patience and thanks to all the Release Managers for the
hard work moving the Release Engineering tooling to go 1.16!
