[UPDATE] k8s.gcr.io moving from gcr.io/google-containers to gcr.io/k8s-artifacts-prod

On Monday July 20 we will begin a 4-day rollout of the k8s.gcr.io vanity domain flip.

Hello all,
The 4-day rollout of the k8s.gcr.io vanity domain flip started yesterday (Monday, 10AM Pacific time). We have been monitoring the rollout and it has so far been without issue.
Below is a graphic that shows the new traffic being serviced by k8s-artifacts-prod (the new production GCR).
The rollout is expected to finish Friday morning (Pacific time). Stay tuned!

Hello all,
The domain flip has been rolling out smoothly so far.
Below is a graphic that shows the new traffic being serviced by k8s-artifacts-prod (the new production GCR).
The rollout is expected to finish by around Friday July 24 3AM Pacific time. On Friday I will send out another announcement to confirm that the rollout has finished.

The domain flip has finished rolling out!
Below is a graphic showing the complete transition. The transition finished around Thursday July 23 10:20PM PDT (the previously expected time of 3AM was a miscalculation).
