Hi kdev,

We recently added functionality to the release-note plugin to let org members modify top level release notes on pull requests.

Usage: Provide a release note markdown block like in the PR template.

/release-note-edit

```release-note

This is the new release note

```

Example.

Caveats: A release note block must already exist at the top level for this to work. We could consider appending one to the bottom if the template wasn't followed by the author.
