Is OpenCensus still used in K8S?

https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/go.mod contains the following line:

go.opencensus.io => go.opencensus.io v0.22.3

But there are no go source files in pkg directory which import opencensus packages.

We pin all dependencies in go.mod (see hack/update-vendor.sh and the comment at the top of the root go.mod).

This package appears to be a transitive dependency of dockershim on windows:

$ go mod why go.opencensus.io
