Out-of-band Kubernetes patch releases built with Go 1.25.7/1.24.13

Hello Kubernetes Community,

We have decided to release out-of-band Kubernetes patch releases for 1.35, 1.34, 1.33, and 1.32. These patch releases are built using the latest Go versions (1.25.7 and 1.24.13) which include fixes for CVE-2025-61732 and CVE-2025-68121. There are no other changes included in these releases compared to January/February patch releases.

These patch releases are expected to go out today or tomorrow, the release process is ongoing at the moment.
