KSC Decisions and Documents

Hi Kubeflow Community,

We'd like to share some of our recent key decisions with the community here in case you missed our updates in recent community meetings.

1. We will move from the current Google Individual and Corporate CLAs to DCO and add DCO check in every repository.

2. We will transition to CNCF Slack. During the transition, we will keep the existing Kubeflow Slack workspace as is and gradually turn it down based on a schedule (details TBD).
