Dear Kubeflow Community,

On behalf of the Election Officers for the 2024 Kubeflow Steering Committee (KSC) Election, I am thrilled to announce the results and welcome our two newly elected KSC Members: Francisco Javier Arceo and Julius von Kohout. Congratulations to both, and we are excited to see the impact of your leadership on the Kubeflow project for the 2025 and 2026 term!

A special note of appreciation goes to Mathew Wicks, the third nominee, for his time and dedication to the Kubeflow community. We are grateful for his commitment and look forward to his continued support and contributions to the project.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to Josh Bottum and James Wu for their invaluable service to the Kubeflow Project, the Interim Steering Committee, and the KSC. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping Kubeflow into what it is today. We are confident they will continue to bring their expertise and passion to the community in the future.

Additionally, we want to thank Valentina Rodriguez and Milos Grubjesic for their willingness to shadow and learn the election process. Their interest and involvement help ensure a smooth and transparent process for future elections.

In the upcoming days, we will publish the schedule for the next election. This will give everyone the opportunity to plan and work toward meeting the commitment requirements while adding the election timeline to their calendars.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s election process. The Kubeflow community thrives because of your dedication and engagement. Let’s continue to work together to build and grow this incredible project in 2025 and beyond.
