Kubeflow Slack Channels Migration Proposal

We have put together a proposal of the migration plan from Kubeflow Slack workspace to CNCF Slack workspace. Please take a look and comment on the spreadsheet if you have any feedback.

Hello Yuan,

We need at least one channel for discussion. E.g. Kubeflow-platform or kubeflow-manifest. I prefer Kubeflow-platform as channel, WG and repository name, but that is probably for the KSC to decide. Andrey and Kimonas might have more input on this.
