Hello Kubeflow Community!
We’re excited to share that the CNCF is officially hosting the Kubeflow Virtual Planning Symposium 2025!
This event is built for the community, especially for those who can’t attend the in-person Kubeflow Summit but still want to contribute, learn, and collaborate. With over 100 registrations so far, we’ve seen talk proposals on topics like drug discovery with Kubeflow, fine-tuning LLMs, model inferencing, JAX, and more!
This is your opportunity to:
Showcase how your team uses Kubeflow
Learn how others are adopting AI/ML at scale
Connect with a vibrant, growing community
Whether you’re a core engineer at a large company, a startup founder, product manager, quota carrier, end user, community builder, distribution maintainer, or work in marketing or advocacy—you are welcome. The event is designed for all skill levels and backgrounds.
Looking ahead to KubeCon NA 2025? This is a great way to warm up a talk or start new conversations before we gather in person at the next Kubeflow Summit!
Registration is free – Sign up here
Due to the overwhelming interest, we’re extending the CFP deadline by one week to give you more time to share your ideas!
What's in it for you!?
Here’s what community members have said about why they contributed talks in the past:
“After years of closed-source work, I wanted to contribute to open source AI. The timing felt right.”
“Open source shaped my career. Conferences let me give back and learn.”
“Contributing after leaving a paid OSS role helped my new team avoid reinventing the wheel.”
“Kubeflow feels like Kubernetes did five years ago. I want to ride the rocket.”
“OSS gave me so much. Contributing is how I give back.”
“Promoting our team’s work, meeting collaborators, and practicing public speaking—it’s all valuable.”
We’d love to hear your reasons for contributing!
