[ANNOUNCE] The new GitHub Repository for Kubeflow Trainer

Hi Kubeflow Community,

We have renamed the GitHub repository from kubeflow/training-operator to kubeflow/trainer. The first release of the Kubeflow Trainer project will be on the release-2.0 branch, tagged as v2.0.0.

If you maintain any private forks or synchronization scripts, please update them accordingly.
