GSoC 2026 Contributor introduction

Hello Folks, 

I’m Srikhanth, an open-source beginner and an Artificial Intelligence UG Student applying for GSoC 2026.
Over the last few days, I’ve set up my local environments and successfully merged/opened a few introductory PRs to get familiar with the codebase:
kubeflow/pipelines: PR #12984 (YAML configuration fixes)
kubeflow/sdk: PR #329 (Refactored mutable default arguments in Python)

I am putting the final touches on my proposal for Project 6 (MCP Server for Kubeflow SDK). I’ve researched the MCP Python SDK and mapped out how to wrap the TrainerClient to expose tools to LLMs.
if any of the mentors have 5 minutes to glance at my draft proposal this week, I would be incredibly grateful for any harsh feedback. Looking forward to contributing more!
