[KSC Election 2025] - Exceptions Phase REMINDER

Hi everyone,

We’re now in the exceptions phase of the KSC 2025 Election. This phase ends on Sunday, 19 October 2025 at 12:00pm Pacific Time. 

What does this mean?

If you’d like to be nominated for one of the three open seats or vote in this election, but your name isn’t currently listed as eligible, but you believe it should be, you can — and should -- submit an exception request.

How to file an exception:

1. Review the list of eligible voters and nominees here:
   https://github.com/kubeflow/community/blob/master/elections/eligible-candidates-and-voters-2025-ksc.md

2. If your name is missing, please complete the KSC 2025 Election Exceptions Form to request an update to the eligibility list - https://forms.gle/cdGaE6nUQwfS5Z64A

This ensures all exceptions are reviewed and processed before the final eligibility list is confirmed.

Please Note: If you are going to file an exception, this needs to be done by 12:00pm Pacific Time on Sunday 19 October 2025.
