v1.6 Release Date Exception

Hello community!

The original release date for v1.6 (Feb. 15th) falls in Chinese New Year vacation, a lot of maintainers will be out of office.

Therefore the dev team is considering postponing the release date to Feb. 22nd.

As discussed on last community meeting, the planned new date for the release would be:

- Beta for v1.6:  Feb. 8th

- v1.6.0 release: Feb. 22nd

If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reply or reach out the maintainers.

Lasy concensus time-boxed to end of Feb. 3rd.
