Hi Everybody,

Kubebuilder v3.12.0 has been released!

This release includes the changes necessary to support k8s 1.28 and the latest release of controller-runtime v0.16.0. Additionally, starting from this release, we are deprecating the optiona declarative/v1 plugin.
