Proposal of Lenny Händler as maintainer

Hi,

I propose to add Lenny Händler as maintainer of the kube-bind project. Lenny is doing important and deep work around permission claims. He is very active in Slack and does reviews. Hence, I think it is time to get him on-board.

We need a simple majority vote from the maintainers (Sebastian, Moath, Sur, myself) to accept him. Please reply here with +1 if you think Lenny should be maintainer.
