Vote to Update Maintainers

Hello Kube-bind Maintainers,

Following up on the email sent three weeks ago titled "The Future of kube-bind: Re-engaging Our Maintainer Team," I would like to propose two votes.

Vote 1: Retire Inactive Maintainers. As per our governance model, we vote to move pkbhowmick and lhaendler from the maintainer team to emeritus maintainer status. We thank them for all the work they’ve done on kube-bind in the past and hope to see them contributing again eventually. 

Vote 2: Add New Maintainers. I propose we promote 

• cnvergence (Kubermatic) - Karol Szwaj

• xrstf (Kubermatic) - Christoph Mewes

• ntnn (SAP) - Nelo-T. Wallus

To maintainers. They have been invaluable and instrumental in the recent kube-bind development effort and the project's progress toward the v0.5 release.
