Adding Mangirdas Judeikis as maintainer

Hi,

I propose to add Mangirdas Judeikis as maintainer of the kube-bind project. MJ has done quite a number of PRs in the last months [1] and is helping others to contribute to kube-bind [2].

We need a simple majority vote from the maintainers (Sebastian, Moath, Sur, Lenny, myself) to accept him. Please reply here with +1 if you think MJ should be maintainer.
