Subleasing an Apartment for Summer

Hi,

I would like to sub-lease my apartment (1Bed/1Bath) for two months (June-July, 2013) at Campus court, Naismith (student apartments). The rent is $395/month (inclusive of all utilities: electricity, wireless internet, water, trash, sewage).

Other facilities-
1) Washer-dryer included in the apartment
2) On KU bus route/ walking distance from the campus
3) Close to grocery store/Indian store
4) Free pool, gym and basketball courts 
5) 24/7 maintenance/ security
6) Free wireless internet
7) Free Computer Lab & Printing Services

It's a 2bed/2bath apartment (common living area and kitchen). Apartment would be available post May 22nd (the rent for May would be already paid for)
