Hi,
I am looking for a female room mate for the next academic year i.e. August 2012 to July 2013. Could you please help me post this advertisement on the KUCIC website or FB page.
The apartment is at Campus court at Naismith. Its fully furnished (2bedroom/2 bath) apartment with TV etc. Bed and cabinet available for sale.
The rent is at a discounted rate of $395 a month (all utilities included like electricity, water, trash, sewage, wireless internet). No deposit needed.
Washer and dryer are included with the apartment.
Other facilities-
1) On KU bus route number 11
2) Close to Dillons grocery store and Indian store.
3) Free pool, gym and basketball court available.
4) Free Wifi Internet
5) Free Computer Lab & Printing Services
6) Free breakfast for residents at the clubhouse.
