Namaste!

My name is Sarima, I am Spanish and I rented a nice/big house in Baluwatar. Very near to Bhat bhateni supermarket,
Police Head Quarter, Prime Minister Residence,
Lazimpat, the European Bakery and Grihini Supermarket. I am looking for a flatmate because the flat is too big and I would to share at least with one person. I´d like to share the house and why not also life with someone nice, funny and respectful.

The flat has 3 rooms, one kitchen, 1 bathroom and two terraces. The kitchen is semi equipped. The flat is on the second floor (the owner lives on the first floor, they are very nice and they take care of the security of the house). You can choose from the two rooms that are empty. The rooms are furnished. I´d like to share with one person since I would like to leave one spare room for guest, I mean family or friends visiting Nepal in the near future. But if finally we are 3 people the rent will be cheaper.

If you chose to share your life with me you should now that I am outgoing and easy-going person who likes to do sports, enjoy life and have people around who makes me happy.

I work in an Spanish NGO "Amics del Nepal" and if you want to find more about me just write me.

We will have didi who comes to clean once a week.I am looking for someone who will stay at least 6 months, since I rented the flat from July to December (for the moment)

The rent is only Rs.40.000 for a month ( all included, it means electricity, water, internet....), it can vary depending on consumption.  So if we are two people we will pay 20.000 rupees each (around 190 Euros), if we are 3 people it will be like 13.333, (around 130 Euros).

I think it is a cheap appartment considering the area, the good condition of the house, security, etc... and the prices that people charge these days, it is quiet reasonable price. Besides we can consider to rent the spare room in short periods to reduce the rent amount but let´s see.

Please contact me by email if you need any extra information or you you want to see pictures from the house, rooms, etc..

Thank you and see you very soon!
