The Original Vision: Sagarmatha Apartment was established in 1995 by Mr. Raju Sawarwagi as the first service apartment hotel in Lalitpur. He brought the international service apartment concept to Nepal.
The Manager's Journey: I (Gyanman Maharjan) was the original Hotel Manager. The hotel closed down for a time due to political issues. I then spent 8 years working in the USA at places like Steamboat Ski Resort and various hotels, gaining valuable international experience and training.
The Rebirth: Due to family matters, I returned to Nepal. Mr. Sawarwagi asked me to revive his dream project. We relaunched it as "Sagarmatha Apartment Bed & Breakfast" to offer a new concept.
What We Offer: We provide fully furnished 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with full services for expats and travelers. You only need to bring your luggage; we handle the rest to ensure your comfortable stay.
