Hi,

3 room-flat available from 25th of February on. It is located in Lagankhel next to Patan hospital.

Downstairs, it has a big kitchen with all necessities (fridge, microwave etc) and a living room with sofas. Upstairs, there is one master bedroom with attached bathroom, another bedroom and a third room (shared bathroom).
The flat has a back-up electricity system and 24h hot water. Also a washing machine is available. The didi comes every Saturday to clean the flat.
There is a supermarket and fruit and vegetable market around the corner.

The best thing about the flat are the very nice, caring landlords. Whenever you face any problems, difficulties etc they well immediately help you out. I wish I could stay longer...
The rent will be 35,000 NPR/month plus Internet and electricity.

and will do the washing as well for a considerable fee.
