Fresh Organic Oyster mushroom is now available at gairidhara, right in between Bhat Bhateni and Sann International College. The freshest of the fresh, for every early morning, we harvest, pack and place it on our own stall right outside our farm. We put a limited amount of packages everyday, depending on our harvest for that day itself. So, come on and be the earliest bird to grab the delicious organic mushroom, which has been the talk of the town as we speak. However, when there is a bumper harvest, then yes, one can order in large quantities directly. We are open from 8.30am - 6pm everyday, except saturday, where we are at 1905 Organic Market at Kantipath.

With more than 20 varieties of mushroom from oyster, shiitake, Ganoderma, etc, each species is fruited according to the different seasons.

As for now, for 200g Oyster mushroom is priced at just 100 rupees. We believe in value for money and giving our customers the very freshest of the fresh and hence, our company motto stands as "Quality at its' Best!"

Besides the mushroom itself, we do offer classes for those who are interested, as well as sell grain spawn of mushroom. Let alone, a farm tour for the curious at reasonable prices! After all, taking from the very best in the field, speaks volumes for itself!

Hello Bikram,
This is Ashraya, I am a great fan of your work and applaud your commitment for a better Nepal. I'am currently a student of Masters in Business Administration, Kathmandu University School of Management. Similar, to you I do not have any educational background in botany or agriculture. I also aspire to be a young entrepreneur in Nepal. I'am interested in mushroom cultivation like yourself. While my research has only started a couple of days earlier, I came across your articles numerous times. I believe what you are doing is the future organised agriculture in Nepal. Honestly, I need your help. I have some land in the valley and want to start mushroom farming. Through your interview articles I have learned that you have pioneered a particular type of cultivation technique (Block Method) which I am interested in. Frankly, I believe no other farmer would be sharing their trade secrets to a aspiring new entrant like me but I believe that you are different. I believe you believe in collaboration. Quoting Ujwal Thapa " Government policies will only change when entrepreneurs work in tribes, rather than individually".

Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Ashraya Krishna Shrestha
