Our landlord is very sweet and accommodating to any needs we might have. Also house is in very good condition after earthquake no visible cracks. 

You will be sharing the house with 2 Americans. One female and one male. Both of us are super tidy so looking for a individual who also enjoys a clean home. 

Rent would be 16000 NPR

I'm Anirudh, and I'm going to be living in Kathmandu from July through December. I'm looking for just this sort of arrangement, with a private bedroom in a shared house. I'm very tidy, and generally get along splendidly with flatmates. I'm reasonably well-travelled, and I'd love to share my experiences with my flatmates, cook together, etc.

Is the room still available? I'd greatly like some more information. 

1. Is the room/house furnished? 

2. Is the rent negotiable?

3. Is the area well-connected? I'll be working in Lalitpur, so connectivity is a concern.

4. Is 6-months an acceptable time frame for you? There's a possibility that I'll extend to a year, but I can't commit.

5. I get there on 30th June. When could I perhaps view the flat?
