A yoga class is
composed of meditation, pranayama, mudras, mantras,
asanas, relaxation and sometime more or less depending on
how the teacher teaches.
It is a complete yoga class and not only made of asanas.
The following yoga classes are open to any level.

part of the Thai massage school policy (www.yogi-nomad.org), at
the end of a 50h thai massage training, students have to pass a
practical exam.
For this, I need volunteers who are ready to come to Budhanilkantha on Friday 17 May from 15:00-17h:30 to receive a 2.5h Traditional Thai Massage.
Anyone interested please do email me rapidly as there is only 10 massage spots available!
