Looking 4 House or Restaurant Place in Lazimpat

Namaste Everyone. I'm a single Chinese lady from Beijing, China who loves travel and mountains. This is my 4th trip to Nepal, I like it very much and want to stay for longer time. 

I'm looking for a residential house with 2-3 bedrooms in a nice quiet area in Lazimpat, for min. 3-6 months stay. Could extend to 1-2 years if suited.

In the mean time I'm interested in a business place suitable for a small business such home stay, bistro or restaurant. With outside area or garden space preferred. Generous offers will be made for an ideal location / place.
