Hi all, am Looking for a 2-4 bedroom flat or house, unfurnished or minimum furniture, in the area of Lazimpat or nearby areas.

Prefer nice residential area.

Plan to rent for 1 year or longer, starting Jan '15.

Budget 18000 - 45000 per month, depending on the condition or property.

If the property is suitable for commercial use budget can be discussed.
