LOOKING DESPERATELY FOR A "BLUE PLATE" CAR IN KATHMANDU!!!

Hello. I am looking for a second hand "blu plate" car to buy in Kathmandu. I recently arrived in Nepal (I work with Unicef Reg. Office) and I couldn't imagine it would have been so difficult to buy a car in this country!... New ones with tax exemption are OK, but it takes 3 or 4 months to get them, while any normal second hand cars cost like a Rolls Royce!!!

I am looking for a family car (SUV or similar, like Terios, Ecosport, Rav4, etc.), so please, if anybody knows about any car in sale, I would really appreciate if you can share the information.

This is a fantastic car, with rugged suspension and high clearance, and excellent for weekend adventures as well as navigating monsoon floods, potholes and debris.  Land Rover has discontinued production of the Defender and it is now virtually a collectors item, and likely to maintain if not gain value as the years pass.  The vehicle was owned by the British government (DFID) until 2011, and I have continued to take very good care of it.  It is mechanically excellent (never once failed me) and body is in good shape (minor paint scratches).
