We offer this good quality apartment on the first floor of a newly constructed house. Currently it is unfurnished, arrangements are flexible. Long-term tenancy preferred but short-term considered.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large kitchen and a living room, balconies. Bathrooms and kitchen fixtures are of a high standard, solar hot water, 24-hour electricity, carpeted floors. We can arrange furnishing according to the requirements of a long-term tenant, or it can be let unfurnished.

Location is Shovabhagwati Chaumati, below the road between the river and Vajra hotel to Swayambhu. It is a short walk from Swayambhunath and about 15-20 minutes to Thamel.

Terms would be Rs.29,000 per month,if you use one room per month 12000 Rs.  also you can use daily too.
 but discount for long-term and payment in advance; foreign currency (USD/EUR/GBP/SGD) remittance to offshore account oreferred.
